Button down shirts transfer our thoughts immediately to a business suit. It is only a partial truth, while there are many other types of such shirts on the market. Whether long or short sleeved, they are common for working environment. However, of course the short sleeved are for a bit of casual occasions.

However connected to business environments and the men suits, such shorts are commonly seen in various sports. When it comes to their production, they come in variety of mostly solid colors, with stripes and other patterns.

The only think one has to consider when buying shirts is the occasion. Of course, if you are completing your business attires with a variety of shirts, you will rather buy a long sleeve shirt. Long sleeve usually stands for more professional attitude. Of course, if the weather gets tough on you and the air condition is not working properly, you will want a short sleeve variant.
