Long sleeve shorts usually come with a tie, in variety of colors and patterns. Beware, your tie must match both pattern and color of the shirt – you don’t want to end up looking like a clown. Just coordinate them properly and that is all the philosophy in matching tie and shirt.

There is certainly a great casual option for both long and short sleeve shirts. Even at work, you can wear it in combination with a matching sweater or a vest.

When you buy button down shirts, consider colors and situation you will wear it. It is highly important. You are unlikely to wear a red shirt of this kind at work, unless you are a sports coach. And you are not likely to wear a white long sleeve shirt if you are not in the office, surely.
